I started Supportive Editorial Services
because everyone has a story within them. All people have something they want to say. What Supportive Editorial Services does is help all writers, no matter what the challenge- grammar, punctuation, story development, academic style guides, essay structure, proofreading, or strategy coaching, just to name some examples.
One thing I always hear
when people learn what I do is “how English was never their best subject”, or “wow, you do that?” My hope is that through Supportive Editorial Services, I can make things less scary one project, one client, at a time.
Having grown up in Western New York, lived in Northern California, and down in Maryland, it has provided me with an opportunity to meet a huge variety of people both in and out of the classroom. Getting to know folks is a large part of what makes editing, tutoring, and writing fun for me.
Beyond that, I’m a dyed in the wool geek who loves language and helping others.
Writing, no matter the context, can be daunting. I hope when you work with me, you find your confidence and your voice.
